OEAMTC a private austrian touring club publishes now the actual traffic infos on Google Earth.

Mit einem von der ÖAMTC-Informationszentrale zur Verfügung gestellten File können alle aktuellen Baustellen und Stauwarnungen unmittelbar in Google Earth angezeigt werden.
